Route Description:
We go to the town of San Ciprián by the ZA-L-2698 after passing the town of Hermisende, we start the route of the route in the square Cipriano where there is a parking. From the square we leave the town of San Ciprián to enter the route proper, continue down to the river Tuela, then we climb to the top Velois to go down again to cross the trail that bears his name, again we will go up again To the river Tuela to cross it, from here we start to climb to the town of Castrelos.The route begins in San Ciprián and runs practically following a traditional path of land and stones that presents few basements with a fairly compact land in most places, in times of rain and thaw we can find areas of mud and water, we will pass through some Zone of mount low, it runs almost all the parallel route to the river Tuela that we will cross to 1 km approximately before arriving at Castrelos. During this way we will see panoramic views of the river Tuela and the towns of San Ciprián and Hermisende, we will pass by four bridges to cross the Barreal Regal of the Velois, the river Tuela and the stream of the chariot, the bridge of the river Tuela with a Great patrimonial value. We will also cross a firewall.About 2.5 km from San Ciprián and before reaching the bridge that crosses the river Tuela we have a wooden bridge to cross the Regis of Velois.About 4.5 km from San Ciprián and a little before arriving in Castrelos, we find a bridge to cross the Tuela River if instead of crossing we continue straight ahead will take us to a viewpoint "Mirador Pozo da Moura" located About 3 km from this junction. We will cross the bridge over the river Tuela and start climbing towards the village of Castrelos for about 1 km, once in the village we will arrive at the church square leaving this to our left if we go down the street in front of the church And less than 200 m. We return to Castrelos by the same road that we have brought leaving this time the Church to our right, we will begin descending until crossing the river Tuela.

Observations:
Traditional way of the Town Hall of Hermisende, can be done at any time of the year looking for the charm of each season, it is a traditional way of access to rye and mill lands, also of monte bajo, can be done on foot, horse and bicycle. In this habitat we will be able to see animals such as roe deer, wild boar and eagles among others, in summer is a little fresh route in the middle of the route, as it runs through open lowland areas and firewalls with hardly any trees. This valley is mainly dedicated to livestock and agriculture.
